LS bolt on water pump pulley

What year LS engines used water pump with a bolt on pulley? - and is it a bolt on conversion for a 2004 LS1? - if not, what do I need to change?

Are the ones with the 4-Bolts on them the Bolt-on Pullies?

if it has bolts in it i would call it bolt-on. I think the other ones are pressed on, but im not too sure.
