Default Tips on installing heads with ARP studs with engine in the car

Heads are off now being milled & ported, i'm doing the task with the engine still in the bay. When I re-install the heads, I'll be using the ARP head studs.

I've read conflicting inforamtion as to what bolt hole locations can have the stud in place before the head goes on vs. afterwards. Some say all studs can be installed first, others say the back 2 sets of studs need to stay off - others state drivers side is fine, pass is not, and vise-versa.

I'd like to hear from anyone who has acutally done this type of install themselves, not what you read or your friend has done.

Thanks!!!
