Default GMPP intake questions?

What kind of power gains will I see from doing this intake on my stock LS1? Will I have to cut the hood for the elbow to clear?
And last, what size tb can I use? THanks. I have been wanting the fast 90/90 but I can get one of these intakes cheaper, just wondering.

If you don't want to spend the money on the fast right now, find someone selling a LS6 intake you could probably find one for for about $300 down in the for sell section. You will pick up some power that way.
