Default Is this possible and/or overkill??

will be purchasing exhaust soon for 01' SS.. don't want true duals so please don't suggest them.. will be purchasing the following:

-98-02 LS1 1-3/4" American Racing Headers w/o AIR & EGR Fittings
-98-02 LS1 American Racing Headers Off-Road Ypipe
-98-02 LS1 Magnaflow Cat Back System
-2 24" Square 4-Pin Oxygen Sensor Extensions
-Flowtech "Race Readies" Cutouts (Twin-Pack)

Was wondering if I were to purchase the Flowtech "Race Readies" Cutouts (Twin-Pack), if I would be able to install them on the headers directly and connect to the y-pipe and if this would be overkill or not. If it would be good to put these on, will I have to cut the y-pipe to make it all fit etc? Also wondering about those (2) o2 extensions posted above^^ if they are good to go or not?

Gonna have my rear o2s deleted by tuner.

Thanks for any helpful info in advance.

How about true duals?

haha Just Yankn! Looks good to me! You may have some clearance issues with the cutouts though.

top to bottom clearance or side to side clearance? I know the ARH tuck up really well, so maybe it'll hit the top and sides? What do you suggest? 1 cutout in the I portion of the Y-pipe?

well if its a max hp setup no its not over kill or if you want it just to sound real mean sometimes then you could do the cutouts. not sure but you might have to cut up your y pipe. you will love ARH they just slide in

haha, personally, thats all I would go for... im sure some ppl will disagree with me but honestly if your not goin crazy cubes or blower one cutout won't rob you of anything. I suggest the classic one cutout under the rear pass seat.
