Default HELP! In the middle of header install and have quick questio

First question is do I install the new spark plugs before I put the headers in?

One of the o2 sensors was rusted on so bad that I could not get it off even with a breaker bar. The y-pipe gives too much when I turn, so I just disconnected it and am going to get all new o2 sensors. How much do they cost?

Should I reuse the spark plug wire boot heat shields on my new wires?

I also can't get the last stud off to get the coil packs off of the passenger side valve cover. Is there a trick? I can get my hand back there to feel it, but not a deep socket or a wrench. I tried to get to it from the bottom too but can't. Any suggestions?

Yeah that stud is a pain. I think I used a 1/4" drive handle on a deep well socket. Most people leave that one off when they put the coil packs back on.

It has 1 15mm nut that holds it to the block, unbolt and pull.

I put the spark plugs in first. Then went ahead and saw which ones are in the way when sliding the headers in and removed them. I bought Delphi O2 sensors and they were about 90 bucks a piece! I went ahead and used the NGK Iridium plugs also. I also went ahead and left the sheilds on the plug wires and have had no problems in a week.
