Default Y-pipe question???

I have the Jet-Hot brand headers and i bought their y-pipe with them, i have had them about a year now and i love the headers and will keep them. the y-pipe is nice cause it is coated but the design is poor at the merge and i believe it is a cause of alot of my rasp, so my question is this:
what other brands of y-pipes will work with my jet-hot headers?
also opinions on which one is designed best would be appreciated
-thanks in advance!

I found out that there really is nothing else out there thats compatible with the jethot longtubes without some fab work done. I was told that the pacesetter y pipe and hooker y pipe will work but they have terrible if not worse meges than the jethot y. In the end I had a shop make me a custom y pipe and that was my final solution and never looked back.

Mod your Jethot Y-pipe to use a flowmaster merge.

Yeah there isn't a y-pipe that will match to jet hots and provide the clearance and fitment that the jet hot will................plus none that have a great merge.

Option #1.............QTP Y expensive, not coated, fitment is not good at all. It does have a good merge.

Option #2............Mufflex Y great flowing merge; however fitment to jet hots will require some cutting, plus ground clearance isn't good.

Option #3.............Custom Y buy a flowmaster merge and some mandrel bends( if your exhaust shop doesn't do mandrel bending). This is the best option if you can find a really good exhaust shop.

I say sell the jet hot Y and have a custom Y made.

What JET HOT Y-Pipe do you have? Off Road or optional catted? If you'd like to sell it, I may be interested. I'm trying to get my hands on one for a friends 98 Z28 that we currently have in pieces in my shop. He ordered a JET HOT ORY in late December and is still waiting for it to show up. We need it complete his header/catback/polymotormount install.

I just read your signature and it answered my first question. I'm a dumbass. Anyways, I'm still interested if you're looking to sell. Thank you...
