Default pulley and harmonic?, or pulley or harmonic?

i'm thinking about getting a new pulley system for my '00 ws-6 and i wanted to make absolutely sure i understand what's going on. my question is; are harmonic ballancers types of underdrive pulleys? is harmonic balancing a characteristic some pulleys have? or are harmonic balancers and underdrive pulleys completely different? i'm just wondering becuase i don't want to buy a balancer and underdrive pulley and find out i can only install one or the other. thanks.

on a gen 3 and later motor the balancer is built into the underdrive pulley, where on gen 1 and 2 motors the pulley bolted onto the balancer.

balancer=underdrive pulley, same thing, as long as it says underdrive...otherwise balancer=regular pulley.

They don't balance anything, they are harmonic dampeners. "Balancer" is an incorrect term.
