Default tsp true duals (lowered car)

hey guys, i want LT headers and was thinking about going with the tsp true duals w dynomax bullets. I'd have a muffler shop install it so we can custom tach it up higher if possible? So my quesiton is what is the clearance with that setup on a lowered car 1.75"-2" drop? is it driveable?

You can tuck it up close if you take your time with it. You might have speed bump issues, but nothing that would stop me from doing it.

Im lowered about the same and wanted to do the same thing but I think Ima gonna stick with a catback and y pipe. You'll probably have to run the pipes all the way out back cause Ive seen the tsp turndowns on a 1" lowered car and they were close a hell to the ground but the x and the mufflers looked fine.

Im having a local shop finish up my 3 inch duals on tuesday. Ill be running full size dynomax mufflers dumped right before the rear axel. They cut out the floor pan beneath the back seats and now Ive got enough room for a fullsize muffler with no clearance loss.
Oh and the back seats still fit fine in the car and feel no different.
Just an idea.

You should be able to get about this if you do them yourself.

If you get a professional shop to start chopping things and banging seatwells, you might get more clearance.

Take two inches off your average popcan and that's what your lookin at if your lowered.

This is stock height with the TSP duals kit. BTW

I forgot to clarify that my setup was at stock height.
Idea was to give him an idea of where it starts (about) and take 2 or so inches off.

Sorry if that was unclear.

Or the said professional shop could section the floor so that the mufflers fit up in the body and the lowest part of the exhaust will be the long tubes

Thats what we are doing to KcZmonsters car.Pics soon.

My car sits pretty low.. (1.75-2in)drop.. I am running Lanes 3in TD's through a custom 3in (under the axle) CME... i take it very slow over speed bumps, dips, rarely do i rub, but occasionally i do. With modding these cars come sacrifice... you don't get it both ways!

It can be done, if done right.. GL with your choice.. in the end it's what YOU like and what YOU can live with..
