Default Header/Ypipe question

I'm having a problem with my y-pipe hitting the floor on my car. here is the info, I took the Kooks headers and y-pipe off my old TA and put it on my new project TA, which one was a 01 and the other is a 00, on the original car I never had an issue with the clearance and now I do, is there that much diff between 2 cars?

poly/solid motor mounts will fix that. maybe they are worn out and the other cars were still okay

only thing i can think of is to play around with it and see if it can be tweeked. theres always the heater hose mod. but if you like me that would be my last resort. maybe try a trans mount?
