Ok So I'm building an LS1 block with TEA ported 853s and a Vindicator or slightly smaller cam....It will spin to 7 or 7.5k
I ahve no fuel rails yet or anything, so I'm not worried about that.
Also hood clearance is NOT an issue....
I did some searching and read something about a L76 or LS2 intake being as good or better than an LS6 and after porting nearly as awesome as a FAST intake.
What's the scoop?

With the LS2....you would need to lengthen your MAP sensor wires because it is located in the front of the intake as opposed to the LS1/LS6/Fast being in the rear of the intake.
I don't believe you can use the L76 on the LS1 because of the difference in the heads (someone correct me if I'm wrong)
You can get a FAST 78 and port out the front to 85mm (write up here on tech). The upper for the 90mm and 78mm Fast are the same other than the front opening. Or just go with an LS6....they will flow/support around 600 RWHP (again someone correct me if I'm wrong)
