Default Manuals w/25% Underdrive Crankshaft Pulley

Did you guys change your alternator pulley? Or did you just leave as is and the alternator was fine at idle?

Can the stock crank pulley hold 450hp without issues if it is pinned?

no need to change the alt pulley on a manual. manuals tend to idle higher which is fine for charging normally

I went ahead and put the larger alt pulley on with a powerbond pulley. No issues with idle just a little on charging.

I have the ASP pulley also with no problems. No alternator pulley needed. I think it is more of an issue on A4 cars.

ASP pulley, no alternator pulley, and a 13.5 lb odyssey battery, no problems.... I do Idle at 1000-1100 though..
