Default Questions about dyno, and 17" DR's

I have seen other post about dyno related stuff in here so I figured I would post this here.
I have Nitto 555R DR's on my 10 spokes and heard that with these tires I wont make as much rwhp as if I had my eagle F1's on, is this true? My eagle F1's are the same size as my Nittos 275/40 17
If so would lowering the tire pressure help at all or more closer to 44psi be better?

Thanks

Same size, same pressure? Then it won't matter.

I had DR's when I dyno'd my car. Might have hurt a TAD, but that was only because they were on 17x11 rims
