Default E-cutout problem

So my DMH e-cutout hasn't been working for the past week, so I got under the car to inspect and the motor is completely GONE, and the wiring is hanging down on the ground. I have no idea what happened to cause this, does anyone have any ideas?

It could be possible that I bottomed it out in the snow/ice we had 2 weeks ago, but I really doubt it would tear the motor completely off.

i have various screws come loose on my mccords every once in a while, although usually mine are the ones that hold the motor to the shaft that turns the blade, i can see the motor falling off.

i think a combination of that and mabye a big bump might have done it.

DMH is not responsible for their cutout motor falling off. Maybe the OP forgot to tighten the bolts?

Oh and what is he suppose to send back to DMH for "repair"? The wiring? There's no motor!
