LS6 intake install ???
I have a 00' SS and I am wondering, if I install the LS6 intake on my car will it throw any codes? Along with the mods in my sig, what kind or power gains can I expect with this project and, what kind of time for install am I looking at. A link to that page with the common ls1 install would be greatly appreciated.

no codes, about 2-3hrs, and i'd say 10rwhp with your setup.
make sure you have the new coolant tubes too. and you'll have to delete your EGR.

smart to do the ls6 pcv conversion at the same time too...also on ls1howto.... and if you havent had to do the knock sensors yet...go ahead and do both of them at the same time...will save you from having to pull it back off later when they start to go bad

You'll have a code if you delete your EGR. Also, make sure you remove the rubber hose from the brake booster so you dont break your oil pressure sensor when you pull off the old intake, lookin at about 10 rwhp, my car seems a bit louder than it used to be. Shouldnt take more than a few hours.

If you don't delete the EGR with a tune, you'll get a code. Believe it. It won't affect drivability, it'll just be annoying to look at the SES light.
