Using L92 heads, what do I need? Problems?

Using L92 heads, what do I need? Problems? I have a 408ci LQ9, the fuel rail is from an LS1 though. So I assume I'll need a L76 intake, new fuel rail. I have to double check, but I think I accidentally purchased the wrong Yella Terra roller rockers for the heads I had, the ones I have are for L92's (offset intake). Now my pistons are flycut, I've heard something about the valves in the L92's being arranged a little differently, how different are we talking about?
