Default How bad do solid mounts suck to install?

I've done poly's and they sucked but it wasn't unbearable. I had solid mounts in the last car but I installed them with the motor out of the car so it was very easy. I'll be doing exhaust soon and was wondering how difficult it was for those of you who have done it to install the solid mounts while the motor was in the car?

Thanks

I did mine on a lift a was a piece of cake.Still even on your back I think it would be better than poly or stock as they are one piece without the tolorance of a 2 piece unit. The one thing though is since they don't give it's a do them both at once as once they are bolted down the block won't move so you have to instal them together.

I did headers and had to remove mine since i had macs and got longtubes and make SURE you use anti seize before u sick the bolts back in...and get both mounts in and just start all the bolts dont tightent them up until all eight bolts are started other wise if you tighten the top ones the bottom holes might not be lined up w the bottom holes in the K member.

I say lower the K member to give you more room and take your oil pan off and do the rod bolts at the same time. That's what I did!

Eh, it's an 02 with 17k miles on it. I'm comfortable with the stock bolts in there. Thanks for the suggestion though!
