Default Please help identify headers/opinions on them

Hey all,

I just picked up a set of headers b/c they seemed like a decent deal. I don't know if I should throw them on my car or just toss them up for sale. Curious what brand they are as well. What would you do? I just paid $100 for them so I might just keep them around to put on my DD.

They do fit and they are made of 321 stainless. Some say the angle of the DS collector could be better. The fittings have a tendancy to break off.

I would put em on.

Thanks guys, I just was checking them earlier and noticed that they were stainless. Do they flow well? Also, what Y do I need for them? Oh yea, which fittings come off, the emissions crap?

Awesome that everyone can come on here and give some help

They flow just as well as any other budget header.

You can purchase their Y-pipe but I have heard & (SEEN) some complaints about the passenger side tranny/exhaust bracket not ligning up. They do have an integrated bump stop on the driverside side of the Y-pipe. If anything, you might feel it is necessary to have to cut it up and welded. I guess it all depends on how well you want it tucked up.

the emissions fittings break off where they meet the header. If you don't need them, cut them off or if you want to keep them, I suggest putting a little more weld around them.

I hear so much about ebay headers, who is the actual manufacturer of those headers? I guess I am not getting it or just not up to date, but I think even if you got some American Racing headers off of ebay, they would still be e-bay headers.

Thanks for the responses, looks like i'll take the emissions crap off and go ahead and weld them up. I might just wait and throw some true duals on and be rid of the whole y-pipe mess

What they mean is that someone is making these in a shop w/no brand name. Not a quality header, but for $100..........If you don't mind doing the work. You will probably do it twice to replace them with a better set later. I wouldn't pay someone to put them on. In that case buy a better set.

They don't look like hookers to me. Look at the placement of the 2nd air/egr tube.
