Default power steering pump

I am replacing my power steering pump in my 2000 T/A because the shaft in the old one sheared off in the base of the old pump. My problem is that I don't know how to pull off the pulley from the old shaft, since the pulley is only plastic. Also, I bought my new pump from Pep Boys, and it looks exactly like the old one, EXCEPT that the shaft coming out of the new pump is about 1/8" larger than the hole in the pulley. Any suggestions in this matter would be a big help.
Thanks in advance

There is a special puller to remove them.

Wont pep's pull the old one for you??

Or at least borrow you the tool?

Be carfull they will break if done incorrectly.

As for an 1/8 inch larger make sure it's the right pump.

But the shaft to pulley is an interferance fit.
