Default How to get rid of codes after long Tubes?

I need the car to pass inspection but I am throwing a code for o2 heaters. Code 1131 i think. I have been told it was because the o2 were moved further down because of the long tubes. I have sim's in place of the post cat o2's. Are there any new tricks to dealing with this issue?

Delete them with either a tune or editing. A GM mechanic would does side work could do it for you. Try your local forum and see who does it on the side.

Can I pass a plug in inspection with the codes deleted or a tune?

You can use the corvette o2's they are supposed to have a better heater. I'm using them in my car with no codes.
