Default Just installed my cutout

I have the Hooker Aerochamber catback with pacestter lt's and ory, I placed the cutout right under the passenger rear seat I have to say it is loud as hell but I love it. It also seems or maybe it's a mental thing but it seems like it gave the me some extra low end haven't really got to punch it all though it is great how much power do you gain from these things with all boltons minus the intake? It is on 98' Z28.

thanks, 1sicss

normal power gains are around 5-10 hp, dont expect it to give much more than that.

i just got mine put on today and i have pacesetter lt's,tsp ory and a single exit magnaflow exhaust with a hidden tip on the drivers side and it sounds great at wot but is quiet around town but the cutout made it sound mean as hell and my wife even likes it lmao(shes the rare girl who ask me why dont i hold it down all the way lol she likes going fast.
im probably going to order a e cutout to i can open it and close it when i want because i dont like it to loud on the hwy or when the fam is in the car.

on thing i did was have the bolts welded the the flange to make it like it had studs so all i would have to do is that the wing nuts off.

The e-cutout is a very nice addition. What's cooler than having a toggle switch where you can go from quiet to letting all hell break loose!

I think this might be my next mod. Cheap and easy to do.
