Question Help read my plugs

Pulled the stock AC Delco plugs at 51k. How do they look? #7 had some oil on the threads, but I read that this is common for #7 and even #8 due to the intake manifold design and crappy PCV system.

I could be wrong.... but the white speckales on there could be a sign of running a tad lean... but I don't think your too too bad yet...

They look a little lean to me also, but since it's stock I'd say they are fine.
