the ls2 is barely better than the ls1

top end torque only by 3 ft lb

the ls6 kills it

Forget the ported LS2, if your willing to spend the money to get it ported you might as well just buy an LS6 intake and be done with it.

The only real arguement for getting the ls2 over the ls6 i guess is the 90mm mouth. Id get LS6 or get used FAST. Ported LS6 can flow quite well from what i understand. Im happy with my LS6 but i'm still waiting on the street warrior ha ha yes still waiting. LS2 PortWorks does LS sytle intakes porting and im sure there are some sponsors on here as well http://www.ls2portworks.com/

a ported LS2 flows as well as a FAST and has a 90mm mouth which makes it attractive for FI. otherwise, just go with an LS6, the LS2 swap will really nickel and dime you.

About time you buy the LS2 intake, all the extra **** to make it fit and get it ported you might as well go buy a Fast. Its far from a direct swap.

$275 for porting the intake opening three inches in and opening up the ports a millimeter? Ouch. Either way I doubt it flows anywhere near to a FAST intake seeing as the runners are completely different lengths. In the end if you are trying to "upgrade" from an ls6 you are better off just keeping the ls6, or saving up for a FAST.
