Default 5.3 head on ls1 5.7? PTV?

Recently lifted a head and we have a set of 5.3 862 heads sitting around Do you think I would run into ptv clearance issues with my cam 232/236 .595 .600 110 lsa? Im not worried about gaining any power as I heard the gain is minimal if anything but I shouldnt lose power but we have them sitting around so maybe I could throw them on just incase my heads are warped...?

You always have to check PTV for yourself, no matter what anyone on here guesses.

Sorry for giving you good information..... I love threads where people are looking for a certain answer.

Seriously though, youll already have the head off. Thats the single reason no one ever wants to check it. You have no reason not to take an hour an make sure. Your playing Russian roulette.....(although it honestly "should" be fine). But how are you going to feel when your hand is on the ignition and your ready to fire it up for the first time? Your going to be praying your PTV is OK.
