Default Will it work?

Putting a used ls6 intake on my car. When I first got it the box was pretty beat up when ups brought it. I looked it over and everything seemed fine. Went to put it on and found the one of the mounting points for the throttle body is broken off. Pretty sure it was done during shipping but it has been to long to claim it now. My fault for not looking closer. Anyway here is a picture of it. Do you think JB weld will be strong enough to hold it? Shouldn't have to hold it real real tight so I am thinking it will work. Anyone else run into this and were you able to fix it?

use a plastic epoxy, jb weld does not hold real well with plastic. they are only torqued to like 8lb so it might work.

I try and re-enforce it from the back or try pin'ing the part on by drilling matching small holes in both pieces inserting a pin and then epoxying it back together.

It's a bit expensive but tpis can cut that broken snout off and put a 90mm one on for you:
