Default FAST 90/92 Installers HELP plz.....!!!!!!

Well im installing my FAST90/90 setup today and was wondering if the coolant bypass mod is a MUST for fitting the intake without any vaccum leaks??

Also if it is a must, what materials are required and whats the best way to do it??

Thanks

Are you referring to the coolant that goes into and out of your TB? Or the tubes that ran under the intake manifold from front to back on the early model cars? If the latter, then yes, you do have to switch to the LS6 style plugs for the rear and cross-over tube up front (or grind the crap out of the under side of your intake, but who wants to do that on such an expensive piece?)!

If you are talking about bypassing the coolant from going through the TB, it is an easy mod that takes 5 minutes to do. Grab a barbed fitting from Autozone that will slide into each coolant hose, and throw it in their ends. You do not want to block those off, so definitely use a flow through barbed fitting for this!
