cant find flow numbers for LT headers

cant find flow numbers for LT headers can anyone point me to some grott style LT flow numbers? the search function is so quirky i cant find anything.
i know they make the best power but how much cfm do they flow @ what pressure drop? i want to setup my heads/cam/exhaust so they are all in the same powerband but first i need to know what exhaust and heads flow before i choose a cam.
so if anyone has info. on this please post up
