Ignition coil connectors 98 and 99-01

Ignition coil connectors 98 and 99-01 I have a stroker motor that iv put together and have to use the center bolt valve covers and coils. I had the 98 heads and covers on my old LS1. If I purchase a set of 99-01 valve covers with coils and brackets will the electrical harness work or is the connector to the coils different from 98 to the 99-01 cars?
