Question with ym mods, should I get a LS6 intake?

I'm looking to get some more power and i'm not ready to do a head or cam. Basically I want to get all the small stuff out of the way first. So do you think that the (mods below) will work good together with the LS6, also going to put a ported TB on while I got it apart. let me know what you think.

Theres never a time you wouldn't need an LS6 or LSX intake, since they're all better than the LS1 intake.

IMO unless your planning to break into the internals soon, i dont think iits worth the money. You prob wont see more than 7-10rwhp with the LS6

id get a nice set of LT headers before i would throw down for an intake

I agree on this point. You will see more from the headers than you will from that intake. My next mod is the LS6 intake so my opinion is biased in that I did mine that way and I do not know how much an LS6 is really worth in numbers. I did not see TB bypass in your sig. You can't get much smaller than that.

If you can pick up an LS6 intake for a decent price, its not a bad mod at all. You're going to end up replacing it eventually anyhow. Headers will definitely help you gain a bunch more horses then the intake, but its personal preference. You're not running hard enough yet for the intake to rob you of a serious amount of power, as you're heads are still stock, same with your cam. Just remember eventually it all keeps getting swapped for aftermarket as long as you keep wanting lower times
