who knows this obscure p/n

the small 2" long hose leading from the PCV valve to the intake manifold?? there's a hole in mine the diameter of a pencil causing a none-to-insignificant vacuum leak...which i'm having to cover with duct tape right now.

Any 2" long 3/8 inner diameter hose will work.... heater hose or fuel hose, shouldn't matter man.
