Default Reviews on AFR Springs...?

Hey guys, I've got AFR's 205's on my car right now, and I don't have the upgraded springs, just whatever the regular duals that come with them are. Not sure of the part number. I'm curious to find out what you guys think of these springs compared to the others out there?

I'm not having any kind of problem with them or anything. I have a small 224 cam with .581 lift, so it's within limits. But would just like to know the general consensus on AFR's springs and how everyone likes them?

Thanks!

I've got 10K on mine (2005 heads), doing good so far. I have no intention on checking them soon, 227/231 cam with 575/579 lift.

to the OP... I've got the same cam as you from the looks of it. I haven't had my build for very long, but so far so good...

No, they are not PP. AFR has thier own spring. Standard spring on 205 and 225 heads are 0.600 lift, the upgrade spring is 0.630 lift. I dont know where some of you get your 'facts' and then post the non-sense.

Since I have AFR heads I decided to stick with thier parts, and upgraded to the 0.630 spring to support my cam lifts.

Actually I'm pretty sure it's good for up to .650 lift. It's the AFR part #8019 spring and I'm about to get them installed. I got them touched up by LPE and I'm having my FAST 90mm intake ported too by LPE!

I've also heard the .650 lift as well... not sure which is true...
