I was wondering the same thing... especially on a trickflow 215 setup and fast92.

I got a Fast 90/90 with slp Long tubes, true duals, and lid. I didn't notice any LOSS of power down low, only gains for mid and top end

I've got a 92/92 setup, and I noticed nothing but gains across the whole RPM range. I did however already have supporting heads and cam..which were waiting on the intake already. And proven at the track with my launching times.

Ive seen one dyno sheet EVER saying anything lost torque with the FAST and tons and tons of others that say the opposite. The one that showed a loss I'm sure had a leak or something wrong. Certain people just have agendas I think trying to steer people away from certain products.

My brother installed the FAST 92/92 a month or so ago on his stock '00 Camaro and said he can feel the gain across the board.

I did the same swap and got this with my 6.0L. Same dyno, same day, same hour, same tune, same DBW throttle body, ZERO changes except swapping from an LS2 intake to a unported, fresh out of the box FAST intake. 21 rwhp speaks for itself, but you'll see the gains across the RPM range are major!

I have a stock internals 00 Z28 that i just put, FAST 90/NW90 Pacesetter headers, and TSP true duals. Now i only got a mail order tune which may be part of my problem, but it is doggy until about 3000 rpms and then it pulls like it never did before. I dont know that i lost any low end torque, but i definately didnt gain any down low, but up top is another story. I'm sure though that when i do my head/cam in the future, it will really shine

can I expect any gains on a bone stock Z28? and if you got a 92/92 wouldn't you also need to get a 90mm TB and I guess 85mm MAF and 85mm lid to get the most gains?

Yes. See the quote below. My brother used to call his car the "Slowmaro". Our mother has called me a few times telling me of how he now leaves tire tracks out in front of the driveway now everytime he leaves.

You will have plenty of gains. Your Stock MAF will be just fine. The gains are from the runner and the intake, but wont outflow your MAF. Your grin will be what tells you if its worth it right away. It took me ONE time hitting the throttle to say to myself "SWEET! Why didnt I do this way sooner!

I had very similar results to Teke. Cam only setup and went from ls6 to ported fast 92, picked up good power up top, lost nothing down low.
