Default Electric Cutout???

On my 99' SS I'm currently running the following setup:

Pacesetter Longtubes
Off-road Y
SLP LM1 muffler

Would a electric cutout do anything or benefit? If so where should I put it?

You might see a slight gain in power, and it will definitely be substantially louder.

The most popular place to put it is in the I-pipe under the rear passenger seat.

I would think running dual cutouts before the "Y" comes together would be a great spot....

Yes, but far more expensive, and less clearance.

You would have to move the LM1 muffler further back to put a single cutout in the intermediate pipe. Gains would be minimal.
