Default will s.e.s. light reset showup when inspecton rolls around in Texas

installed new o2 sensors. Cleared the codes by pulling fuses. Just wanna know if it'll show up on the diagnostics chart so i will pass..... I live in Williamson county (Austin) Tx.

yes they will. that scan tool they use will id the sensors and your computer will "snitch" if it doesnt have a reading from a sensor. you need to get them tuned out. i passes mine and i had no EGR/AIR/cats. just gotta have an inspector you can trust because they will know when they pop the hood or look under it.

If the SES light isn't on, the computer won't report the emissions status as failed.

However, it will come up as "Not Ready", which is an automatic inspection failure in most states, since they can't tell if the system is functioning properly or not. Usually they will tell you to drive it and come back, so that the tests can run to determine the readiness of each system.

Resetting the PCM also reset the other readiness tests too, like EVAP, ect. Try some GM drive cycles before bringing it in.

Its basically a set of guidelines to follow when you are driving to get all the tests to run.
