Default quick milling/pushrod question

I am having a pair of 5.3 heads milled slightly, and am also purchasing a set of hardened pushrods. I am wanting to know if I should change the length of the rods to compensate for the milling or will 7.4s work fine?
also, does anyone make stock sized lightweight ls1 valves?
thanks for any help.

If you don't go over .05 you should be ok but anything over that I would recommend you get a shorter PR.
