The old Fast TB had issues of sticking - I believe they have fixed the problem on the new TB.

My 78mm sticks when it gets hot, hangs up the throttle. just about ready to to throw in the garbage. Had it apart a couple of times but can't find any obvious reason for it sticking.

my 90 used to do that... I had to put a spring from the throttle body blade actuator to the air lid... looks ugly, but it forces the TB closed... I would imagine a stronger spring in the throttle body itself would solve the issue as well, but I never took it apart...

My 90mm is fine. The old ones did have troubles with sticking, but theres are thread somewhere around with the reason and how to fix it. I remember reading it a long time ago.

I wouldn't bother if you're replacing your stock 78mm TB with a FAST 78mm.

You would likely see the same gains from a ported stock TB, and still have ~$300 in your pocket.
