Default y-pipe for stock manifolds and cats?

Does anyone make a y-pipe for use with the stock exhaust manifolds and cats? If so, who, and are they worth the money/trouble?

Yeah SLP makes one, I have it. I think it's a worthy upgrade if you never plan to install headers, in which case you will need a different Y. What I did was modify mine when I got headers, but I will eventually change it out for a 3x4" unit, so it was kind of a waste.

IMO: If you plan to get headers in the future, don't waste the money...

Thumbs up

SLP Y-pipe here, I'm not sure if it's worth the cost new but you can probably find a used one one the for-sale board for about $125 or something.
It does flow a little better than stock and will deepen your exhaust tone.
Probably worth 3-5hp.
Make sure you have a competent exhaust place install it otherwise it may knock against your floorboard (mind does'nt but I've hear others who have)

i'd like to see a flow comparison between the slp y pipe and the stock one. from what i've seen the stock one flows well despite being flattened because it still flows the same volume of air.

the the other 2 said, if you plan on LT's then dont even bother.
