Default dynatech headers install issues

While installing my Dynatech Headers on My 98 z28 i found a few issues that I would like to share. The headers took me about 2 1?/2 hours to install but the Y-pipe took 6 hours for me to install due to I had a Umi torque arm relocation bar. The Y-pipe fits tight and wouldnt fit due to the way the relocation bracket is designed. So I started by cutting a small corner piece off of the relocation bracket and then the y-pipe fit a little better however the y-pipe must still be welded together due to the fact that it is too short. I am getting exhaust leaks from the band clamps. It would be nice if the aftermarket industry would make parts that would work well with eachother so we dont have to keep modifying.

Default

When I first looked at headers, I looked into the Dynatech. I liked everything about them. That really sucks about the Y install!
