Default Wideband bung location on headers

Does anyone have pictures of their wideband 02 sensor location. I want to put it on the driver side header collector but not sure what the orientation should be. My headers are off the car and I want to make sure that I dont put it in a spot where it will hit something when installed on the car. Thanks.

Not sure if this helps since I have a Vette. Maybe give you an idea though!

see i was told to put the bung in the merge to get a more accurate reading.. You will have both exhaust gases instead of just the one.. Right now i have mine on my drivers side y pipe for when my car is on the dyno..

My wideband should be here anyday now

I've heard some stuff about putting it on the drivers side because that tends to be the leaner bank. Usually when an engine runs lean #7 is the first to go, which happens to be on the drivers side.

I have mine on the driver's side, about 10" downstream of the header collector.

i dont run any narrow bands so i use the drivers side o2 bung....on my buddies ss it was put about 6-8"downstream of his collector he runs a catted y and ther was no way to get 1 on the pass side .......putting it in the merge is too far away you want it as close to the engine as possible....
