Default Drilled out tb blade hole too big in my nw!

Drilled out hole too big in my nick williams tb. It worked fine with my other cam but this cam dont' need it. My iac counts are too whacked.
So anyone know what stock size hole is or have nick williams direct website like to order a new tb blade maybe. Was thinking to maybe put a rivet in there with smaller hole possibly too.

Any other ideas..

What are your IAC counts now? Might be able to reduce idle timing to bring them back up. (or epoxy hole as youguessit said)

I drill it out quite awhile ag before had hptuners and had wilder cam. It worked fine for that one.
I get iac counts from zero to maybe 20 tops. Thought heard they should be in the 50 range? I did just put a rivet in my old stock tb long time back and drilled out rivet to stock hole size.It worked fine but of course had to take blade off. Could do same .If anyone can measure there nw 90 tb and tell me stock hole size or give me a website for nick williams or does he have one?? I could order a new blade .Or expoxy I guess.

I'm curious too, previous owner of my FAST drilled a large hole for a cam. I put a bolt/nut in it to fill the hole and adjusted the idle screw. Seems work fine but I don't like it much.

Id suggest not using a bolt or rivet just outa fear that it could come out and do some damage. Epoxy could do the same, but it less likey.

Do you know anyone who can tig weld? I had an oversized hole in my used NW and got it tig welded and smoothed over. it took the guy about 45 seconds. Then you can drill whatever size hole you need.
