Question O2 sensor trouble

I am getting code P0131, H02S circuit low voltage Bank 1 sensor 1. I had this 02 sensor replaced a couple months ago for a smog check, all was fine until just recently. I bought a new 02 sensor and replaced Bank 1 sensor 1 but I am still getting P0131.
I cleaned the throttle body, maf and air filter. I just changed the oil, trans fluid and fuel filter.
Any ideas what could cause the code. I also swapped Bank 1 and bank 2 sensors to rule out bad sensors. Only mods are FTRA, and cutout.
Thanks for any help.

Yeah, usually that points to a wire problem. Make sure the wires are perfect from end to end for the 02 sensors. Not touching anything hot too.

Thanks. I finally found and fixed the problem. I moved the alternator aside to check the o2 sensor wires. I found that one wire was exposed and contacting a ground wire. I separated it and wrapped it in electrical tape and the SES light is now off.
