Need a cap for a cut out

My electric cut out broke, and I don't have a cap for my cut out. Anyone know where I can buy just the cap?

Sheet metal and 3-bolts. other than that i do not know.

Yea just make your own or you can buy a cutout off summit for like $20 and use that cap?
