When installing a new belt, where should the mark line up on the base. I see there are three marks on the base, two close together and one further apart. My new belt is just a bit looser than the center mark.

Is it supposed to be between the wide marks or between the narrow ones?

just looked at mine, its not a brand new belt but it is between the wider marks, although it is closer to the side with the close marks if that makes any sense for you.
