Default Air intake ??

im trying 2 make plan on what im doing under the hood 4 when i tear it down
so i want do something diff with the intake
i was wondering if this would supply the proper amount of air ???
i know it will get hotter air this way butt will it hurt the performance ?????
let me know your opinion thanks

Do the FTRA and stick with the lid.

Default I don't like it...

Compare the "surface area" of your new filter against the SA of your original filter.

Also, your new filter will pull in hot air from engine bay.
