Default silicon bellow???

I'm looking for a silicone bellow to go from my NW 90mm to the SLP 85mm MAF. I have the harris speed works plate setup also. Right now I'm running the SLP bellow and its really tight as in my air lid dosen't sit right now.

How about T-bolts?? I need something that looks better than hose clamps....

TB 90mm = 3.54330" I.D.

MAF 85 mm = 3.34645" I.D.

Go to ebaymotors.com and do a search for "silicone hump hose". You can get many different sizes and colors. They look like the smooth bellows with the hump. I plan on getting a 4" one for by set up.

you had better check your measurements before you go and buy something. the 90mm is the inside diameter as is the 85mm. the outside diameter of the TB is going to require a 4" coupler and the MAF i believe is 3.5". here's where i buy my stuff http://racepartsolutions.com/products.asp?cat=38

Does anyone know where to find a hump hose that's at least 6.5" long? The longest one I saw on the sites listed was 6". I measured the length I need to be around 6 1/4". This will be going from a 92mm TB to a SLP lid. The OD of he TB is 4 1/16" and the lid OD is 3 15/16". I'm guessing I'll need 4" hose on both sides right? A 3.5" for the lid side would be to small I believe.

You'll probably need a small length of pipe to stick inside the neck of the lid anyway, unless you intend to get a silicone coupler large enough to go around the outside of the neck on the lid. If you use the piece of pipe, you can leave it a little longer, thus not needing quite as long of a silicone coupler.

I was hoping to stay away from the pipe. And yes I do want the coupler to go around the neck of the lid...I dont see anything wrong with this? Looks like that would be ideal, making the smallest portion of airflow the lid and not something sliding up into it. Looks like I'll end up using pipe tho damnit.

Maybe the transition elbow like this one would work? I'm not sure if the angle from the throttle body to the lid is 30*, but it looks like in reading the description that each leg from the bend is over 3" long, which would make it 6+" total.

The only issue I can see with using a coupler that goes around the neck is that when you tighten it down, there's nothing inside the neck to keep it from crushing and cracking the lid. Usually you have the MAF end inside there to support the pressure.

Im sure one of those would work, but I dont see one thats 4" to 4". Theres one thats 3.5" to 4", but I dont think I could get it around the lid. I see what your saying about crushing the lid...guess I would jsut have to snug it then check, and keep on doing that.

Well I ordered one wrong size... it will fit but its tight and i didn't like how easy it is to flaten the coupler. I should be getting a new one from another company tomorrow.
