under drive pullies

What do you mean "hows the idle?" Idle quality is not affected. Charge at idle wasn't affected on my car either, but I have my idle set to 950 rpm. ASP recomends 800 rpm for their underdrive crank pulley, and 950 rpm if you use both the crank pulley and the underdrive alternator pulley. I've never heard of anybody having a charging problem, though.

I am getting my asp crank pulley installed tomorrow. My car idles at about 600 to 650 rpm warmed up...is that a problem since its about 250rpm lower that recommened?

If the idle is too low it will not charge properly while the car is at idle. I am sure they recommend 800rpm for a reason and they did not just randomly throw a number on the table.
I would definately bump up your idle alittle bit if you are going to go with the pullies ...

I know thats what they re designed to do, but will it be a noticeable charging Problem. Becuase I dont have any tuning products or dynos anywhere near me to change my idle.

It shouldn't be much of a problem as long as you don't leave the car idling for too long, and then don't drive it. Once you start driving it, it will return to it's normal (or close) charging.
As far as the underdrive and stereo ... it depends on alot of things. I have a really large stereo system, so I have chosen not to install the underdrive on this car (had it on my last) ... however, if you have a smaller one, or if you get a powercap or some other devices such as that, you should be fine.
