The loudest would probbally be any type of longtubes and dual cutouts. If you wanted a catback that would have to be the LM, you can purchase one from SLP for around 350 bucks plus shipping. Seeing that you want to be emmissons legal you would have to keep the CATS. You could go for a set of high flow cats from TR. Good Luck man and watch out for the sound cops.

Headers and Loudmouth. True duals are loud, but very rarely emissions legal.

I have the Loudmouth on my car. LOUD is all I can say. If you go with longtubes and new y-pipe its gonna be insane. I like my LM and if your looking for loud I can tell you its the way to go.

LT's + LM = sounds like ***.

get cats if you plan on running the LM setup or get a real muffler, or look into a better catback. i agree with the the LT's and cutout though.

LT + LM = BAD ***

I like the set up if you want loud then do that but only if you can handle all the rasp me personally i like the rasp but i also have no CATS if you put CATS on it would probably get rid of a good amount of the rasp.

If you want a truely emissions legal exhaust, then you must stick with exhaust manifolds and cats or shorty headers and cats. The loudest cat back system is the Loud Mouth, which sounds pretty good with the stock cats. But just remember, it will never be insanely loud with the stock cats in the system.

If you're looking for loud, then you'll want the SLP loudmouth. I'll sell you mine for $200 plus shipping. Less than 8k miles on the system. PM me if you're interested.

Loudest would definitely be LTs + cutouts.
Loudest catback is definitely SLP Loudmouth. My brother-in-law is running the loudmouth with a gutted cat on a '94 Formula LT1...it redefines obnoxious!

As Cal stated earlier, to remain truly emissions legal, you can't move or replace the cats, which would leave LTs out...
