Default Which X pipe...

stopped by a local shop just to get a quote on a TD exhaust system custom made tryin to save a little money instead of goin with the TSP TD's (what i wanted)...so they guy told me to buy an X and two mufflers and bring it to him and he'd run the rest of the pipe and hang it for $100 sounds pretty good to me considering i can get the dynomax mufflers for under $100 a pair and the spiral flows for just over $100 a pair...so which X should i go with?

I went with a Flowtech X-Pipe that I got a discount on for purchasing a pair of Hooker Longtube headers

i went with the summit X. Im wondering for this price are they doing crush bends or mandrel bends? I guess it only matters depending on your mod level but i have heard crush bends reduce your flow by like 18%.

sorry man I have changed the exhaust up so many times and I rarely snap pics of it. This is one exhaust I built for a buddy thats very similiar to mine, the reason the mufflers are so close is that they tuck inside the driveshaft tunnel, and the torque arm is modified and raised to allow the room.

It is laying upside down btw.

my first xpipe was the flowtech universal kit, it ended up looking almost identical to the tsp i have now.

could be a discrepancy.. but my 99 z picked up 20hp with the hooker comp lt's and that xpipe at the wheels with an existing tune. loud as hell too
