which cam should i use
I have a 1999 Camaro Z28 with 88,000 miles about to put in an Ls6 manifold and ported throttle body, I have an SSRA, Slp lid, K&N Filter, also have 3" long tube headers with 3" pipe going to 3" cutout. front 18x9.5" rear 19x10" tires...
my question is what kind of cam would you recommend? I was kinda thinking the MS3 or something similar to that... if cam was to be swapped what else would yall recommend to replace?

What are your goals is the real question? If you just want that lope then I would go with something sub 230 duration with a lsa of 112 (M6) 114 (A4). You should really do a search about it and keep searching until you know exactly what cam will meet the goal you want to achieve. A big cam doesn't mean it's gonna be faster.
Once you get that figured out, your also gonna need the following:
-Valve springs that are recommended for your cam along with retainers
-gaskets to seal it all back up
-Rod bolts since you have a 99 (weaker rod bolts) not necessary, but good insurance.
-a tune to get every ounce of hp/tq you can get out of it
-oil pump and timing chain
Anything after that is up to you. Main thing though is search the hell out all cams. Knowing your goals will better help you narrow it down to what will suit you best. Good luck and I hope this helps.
