Question would any damage be done if...

the ac pulley fell off and i still drove the car???

Your talking about the actual A/C compressor pulley?

i dont even have my a/c belt on this time of year so i would have to say no it wont hurt. that is assuming you took of the main belt and removed the ac belt so it dont flap around and kill somthing. but im sure you did.
