Default Any other y for Pacesetter LT's?

I've read through multiple posts about the Pacesetters and it seems the major complaint is w/ the y. Is it confirmed that the QTP y will fit these headers? For $340 I will definitely bite but I want a y that doesn't suck. It looks like the pacesetter y is flattened on the driver's side like the stock y is...screw that. Any opinions?

if you go pacesetters then just get a custom Y. a shop should be able to fab you up for cheap, just provide your own cats?

well you are gonna put cats on right? before you install the LT's hit up a few shops, check with the western forum on ls1.com for recommendations depending on where in san diego you live. see what they quote you and how much they'll make you the y pipe for. when you install the LT's just drive over there (open headers ) and bring the cats you want to use and have them make the pipe. i dont know where you got the 340$ for a catted Y from qtp unless its used cuz on there site it says 500 bucks. which is what the average is for a catted Y. you can maybe try the jet hots catted Y and have a shop modify it a bit to fit.

Flowmaster makes a dual 3" x 3 1/2", part number Y300350, that can probably be incorporated into the Pace Setter pipe. Mufflex also has a Y pipe, part number LS1Y-3, but with a a 4" outlet. Might be a little tougher to mate than a 3 1/2".

My fault, I meant $340 for the LT's but I don't intend to run a catted Y. I'm moving within the next year so I won't have to worry about emissions then. Question is will the QTP Y fit the pacesetters?
